The Binks Model 550 & 570 are Automatic Airless Guns for spraying protective coatings.
Automatic airless guns hydraulically atomizes a variety of coatings up to 3,000 psi maximum operating pressure. Ideal for spraying preotective coatings such as laquers, enamels, waterbase emulsions, mold release agents and sound deadeners.
Overview
The Binks Model 550 gun is equipped with tip guard, stainelss steel fluid passages, and forged aluminum spray gun body. Actuating air pressure is 40-60 psi. The material inlet may be installed in any of four positions to facilitate hose connections.
Model 570 is the same as the Model 550 but is constructed with larger fluid inlet opening and fluid passages. This Model570 is tpyically used for spraying materials such as mastics and undercoatings. (Maximum operating pressure is 3000 psi).
